HUGO WEINBERGER

PRESIDENT SITUS, CO-FOUNDER IH HOLDINGS

Hugo has served as the President of the Situs Group since 2019. Hugo focuses primarily on acquisitions and investor relations and on overseeing the income side of the Portfolio. Hugo has a Business Honors and Finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin and previously worked for Wachovia and Wells Fargo doing real estate investment banking. Hugo is an avid golfer and skier and loves to spend time in the mountains with his wife and two daughters.

ILAN REISSNER

PARTNER, CO-FOUNDER IH HOLDINGS

Ilan joined the Situs Group in 2014 and is the Co-founder (with Hugo) of IH Holdings. Ilan focuses on the acquisitions, property underwriting, accounting, business operations, and tenant relations. Prior to IH Holdings, Ilan worked as a financial analyst for a national commercial real estate brokerage and financing companies working on over $900,000,000 worth of transactions. Ilan has a Masters in Real Estate from Denver University and B.S. in Economics and Philosophy from Brandeis University.

NOAM ASHTER

PARTNER

Noam has been with The Situs Group since 2014 and is focused on acquisitions, financial reporting, and investor relations. Prior to The Situs Group Noam worked as an investment analyst for large hedge funds, banks and money managers. Noam has a MBA from Columbia Business School and B.S. in finance from the University of Memphis.

Joel Cohen

DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

Joel has been with The Situs Group since late 2021 and is focused on acquisitions and development management. Prior to joining The Situs Group, Joel co-founded an off-site building start-up focused on better, turn-key ways to deliver residential housing, and prior to that worked in finance & acquisitions for Silverstein Properties, underwriting $6 billion of real estate transactions. Joel has an MBA from Georgetown University focused on real estate finance, has a Professional Engineer license focused in construction, and has a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.

CLIFFORD WEINBERGER

SITUS FOUNDER

Clifford formed the Situs Group in 1991, to acquire and manage Real Estate. Today, the Situs Group manages a portfolio of Office, Retail, and Multifamily assets throughout Denver. Prior to forming the Situs Group, Clifford worked for JP Morgan Chase running loan workouts and for USAA as a Senior Vice President running their Real Estate Portfolio. Clifford has a degree from Colgate University and an MBA from New York University.
